The home for Small Rig Cases and end tackle items! The 400 can comfortably store up to six Small Rig Cases, three Small Rig Cases and one Rig box, or a multitude of small to medium size tackle items with its generous four-litre capacity. Perfect for commercial anglers using shorter hook lengths.
RigSafe Combi, Unlike the existing Rig-Safe models, this one also provides storage for small essential rig components, such as boilie stops, beads, swivels, shrink tube and anything else of a similar size. These are kept in the 12 secure compartments that fill one side of the case, which snap shut to ensure there is no chance of them spilling out during transit. The other side of the Mini Rig-Safe Combi will hold 20 rigs of up to eight inches in length, which are stored neatly and held in place via the pins provided. It comes supplied with 15 standard pins for storing finished rigs on the high density foam board, plus 10 double pins that will hold rigs in place that are yet to have a swivel or similar attached to them. It features the specially machined, ridged aluminium bar that is found on the other Rig-Safe models, and is designed to retain your hooks in perfect condition and keeps them razor sharp, plus the way it has been made ensured that curved shrink tube and ‘kickers’ stay the correct shape during storage. The Mini Rig-Safe Combi is made from high impact plastic and is incredibly strong, plus it is finished in soft touch rubber to allow a good grip in wet conditions. The clever magnetic locking system ensures that it can’t come open during transit, but there are no latches to fiddle about with top open and close it when you have cold hands!
Rear Uprights, These adjustable upright sections are available in three sizes (3.5in, 5.5in and 8in) so that your rods can be set up exactly how you want them. They have been precision engineered by stainless wizards JAG Products, to guarantee that they're the best quality available. Ensure that your rod tips are level by adjusting the knurled collar on the top of the upright.
X-Safe Speed Stems, Developed by top match anglers Steve Ringer, Adam Rooney and Pemb Wrighting, a feeder or lead equipped with the X-Safe Speed Stems allows for ultra-quick re-casts - all you need to do is unclip the whole feeder or lead from the main line and attach a new ready-to-go rig. Using this system, the Guru team have won countless matches this year with the Speed Stems allowing anglers to have multiple feeders or leads set up and ready to recast within seconds of a fish or bringing a rig in, saving valuable minutes over the course of a match or pleasure session when speed is the key. Also incorporated into the stems is a Speed Bead, which allows hook lengths to be changed in seconds via a small quick-change swivel which pulls back into the bead to secure it to the rig. The stems fit Guru's existing method, pellet and Hybrid feeders and the inline lead range, easily slotting into the existing holes to make an instant quick change, elasticated feeder or lead set-up. Just tie a small loop onto the main line, secure it to the stem via the streamlined crook and small tail rubber, and it's ready to go. The X-Safe is the only safe elasticated system on the market, with the whole elasticated section easily pulling through the stem so any fish lost due to a main line breakage or picking up a cracked-off rig will be able to easily lose the feeder or lead. Top fisheries such as White Acres have recognised this safety aspect and now insist that anglers use the X-Safe system. The stems are available in two lengths for short and medium to long-range fishing and two elastic strengths black and white for targeting smaller or larger fish. For example, the black (heavy) elastic is great for larger carp and big bream whilst the lighter white version is perfect for F1s, bream, skimmers and smaller carp.
Kontour Fluorocarbon, It took three years of rigorous testing to develop a fluorocarbon main line that ticked all the boxes - one that casts unbelievably well, is invisible in water, sinks like a brick and is highly abrasion resistant. In fact, it's pretty much all Danny Fairbrass uses. Kontour, as it is known, is very soft compared to many other fluorocarbons, allowing it to quite literally peel from the spool smoothly as your lead flies through the air. This aids casting distance and accuracy. It is also particularly heavy, ensuring that it sinks to the lake bed keeping flush and out of the carp's way. Launched in one breaking strain, namely 12lb, it will be suitable for all manner of situations and due to its genuine knot strength will be strong, reliable and user friendly.
