This is a high-tech Japanese mono that's as good as they come. One thing that the development team was adamant about was that the diameter should be absolutely consistent because it was felt that a number of competitor lines were not and the potential to mislead the angler was present. Steve Ringer wanted to make sure that N-Gauge was rated properly for the consumer, yet while still offering unparalleled breaking strain. Lengthy research and field-testing led to the finished N-Gauge. N-Gauge is available in 3lb (0.11mm), 4lb (0.13mm), 5lb (0.15mm), 6lb (0.17mm), 7lb (0.19mm), 9lb (0.22mm), 12lb (0.25mm) breaking strains, which will cover all commercial-water fishing as well as most specialist-angling situations. N-Gauge is super clear, which makes it suitable for even the most gin-clear of waters holding the wariest quarry. It is available on 100m spools, which represents great value for money.
Baiting Needles, Baiting tools are an important part of any carp angler's kit, some people are happy to use one needle for everything. However, seeing as we are self-confessed perfectionists, we like to use exactly the right tools for the job. For that reason we have designed these little babies. We have produced the needles in mega-bright colours to minimise the chance of misplacing them. How many times have you dropped your baiting needle onto the grass and lost it? A lot I would guess. However, this is now completely eliminated with the super-bright handles on the Korda range of needles.
4 & 5mm Beads, Soft rubber beads that are perfect for use with the helicopter setup. They feature a bore that is wider at one end than the other, which allows them to sit tightly on top of a small Sinker, creating a super-neat naked-chod bead. We have made two sizes available, 4mm and 5mm, both of which will easily pass over leader knots, making your setup safe. Green and brown versions available.
Marker Elastic, Our marker elastic will help you to easily mark your lines, ensuring that you can fish accurately, even at night. Once you've found your spot and clipped up, simply tie the elastic to your line next to the tip, a specific rod ring or the spigot using the knot shown here. When you come to recast, as long as the elastic lines up with that spot on your rod, you know that you're clipped at the right distance simple. Our elastic is hi-viz and grips the line extremely well, yet is easy to remove when you no longer need it!
