Korda Flying Backleads take line concelament to a new level! These little weights can be attached and detached from the line without needing to cut your rig off. They feature a recessed plastic insert that ensures that they fly back up your main line on the cast, helping to pin it to the bottom way back from your rig. We produce three different sizes and the lightest will fly much further up the line than the heaviest ones, allowing you to control your line lay.
IQ D-Rigs, These IQ D-Rigs are easily the most talked-about presentation from the latest Underwater films. Not only that but the rig’s inventor, Danny Fairbrass, has used it to great effect both at home and abroad in the last couple of seasons. He’s been steadily tweaking the rig to get it working perfectly, and you can benefit because it’s now available in ready-tied form. It has to be said that Dan’s version of the D-rig can be a little daunting to tie, so we’ve taken all the complexity out of your fishing with these impeccably tied ready rigs. They have been hand-tied to Dan’s exacting specifications, even down to the whipping knot. The IQ D-rig is a fabulous rig to use for wary carp, thanks to its inherent stiffness and the superb anti-eject properties that the swivel sliding on the large D arrangement gives. The IQ D-rig is perfect for use with a boilie approach and Dan nearly always uses it with one of his wafter hook baits, which just sit above the hook when on the lake bed. The rigs are available in barbed and barbless variants, and in sizes four, which is tied to 15lb IQ2, six, which is tied to 12lb IQ2 and eight, which is tied to 10lb IQ2.
Ready Tied BOOMS (QC), The Spinner rig is one of the most popular and effective carp-catching presentations around at the moment, but tying them from scratch can be time consuming, not to mention daunting if you have never attempted it before. Booms QC are tied on 7.5 inches or 5.5 inches of 25lb Boom fluorocarbons, with a loop at one end, and a QC swivel at the other, and they make it incredibly easy to set a Spinner rig up. Simply tease open the QC swivel with a Krimp tool, just enough to thread on your hook, and then pinch it shut. Slide on a Kicker to secure the hook in place, and then simply add a Micro Rig Swivel and Hook Bead to complete the rig. A piece of Dark Matter putty can be moulded around the loop knot if required to balance your hookbait.
LWG Ready Rig, Available in a wide diversity of sizes, as well as multiple different breaking strain lines, they ultimately cover pretty much every pole angling situation. There are three different hook patterns available and each is tied with a bayonet-style hair, making them all ideal for baits such as corn, meat and mini boilies, and each is 6 inches long. The smallest, a size 20 is on 0.11mm N-Gauge, with size 16 and 18 hooks to 0.13mm hook links, a size 14 to 0.15mm, and the largest, a size 12, is tied using 0.17mm line. All three patterns feature perfectly tied spade end hooks, as neat as anyone can tie them up themselves, and with a figure-of-eight loop knot at the other end for easy attachment to your line. Size 12 – 6lb (N-Gauge – 0.17mm Diameter) Size 14 – 5lb (N-Gauge – 0.15mm Diameter) Size 16 – 4lb (N-Gauge – 0.13mm Diameter) Size 18 – 3lb (N-Gauge – 0.13mm Diameter) Size 20 – 3lb (N-Gauge – 0.11mm Diameter)
