Korda Hybrid Running Rigs are a crossbreed of the best parts of modern running rigs. The large eye of the special swivel creates very little friction, greatly enhancing bite indication. The small lead link and silicone sleeve combine to form a very neat, tangle-proof system. The rig can be left on your rods, minus the lead, in between sessions too, maximising bank time. Running rigs offer better indication of what is happening at the rig end. When fish are picking up the rig and getting away with it, running rigs will show this more accurately. Using low-stretch monos, like Touchdown, will also greatly enhance the indication.
Kamo Coated Braid, Kamo is a super-tough, camouflaged coated braid that's incredibly easy to strip. The strippable coating offers a multitude of presentation options, from simple combi rigs, right up to more complex rigs like the multi-rig. The clever banded-camouflage pattern helps your rigs to melt into the lake bed, whatever you're fishing over. Kamo is available in 15lb 20lb and 30lb breaking strains.
Square Pear Inline, Due to the four flat sides on the lead, it's virtually impossible for the carp to roll this lead on the bottom. This means the carp has to move the whole lead, so feeling the full weight instantly. The compact shape plus the flat sides and smooth tapering make the square pear inline the most effective bolt lead available today. If you are fishing ultra hard waters or need to improve the efficiency of your bolt rig the square pear inline is the only lead to use. The large flat surface area creates as much grip on the lakebed as possible. This enables you to fish on marginal shelves and slopes, on top of or on sides of bars without fear of the rig rolling down. The improved grip also allows you to get a super tight line, ideal at range or when fishing against snags. This makes this lead perfect when boating out baits on big foreign waters or when river fishing
LWG, These hooks have been tested for some time (indeed, you may have seen them on the Guru website in features!) and launched in 2013 in both eyed and spade-end versions. They're made from a lovely, light wire that will handle everything up to, and including, match-sized carp. They're a super all-round hook that is perfect for use with pellets, maggots and sweetcorn on a range of waters. They're favoured by Guru match ace Andy Bennett and he uses them to amass huge weights from commercials up and down the UK.
Dark Matter Tungsten Anti Tangle Sleeves, Tungsten Anti-Tangle Sleeves are finely tapering sleeves that help to push your rig away from the lead when it lands on the lake bed, ensuring your hooklink lies straight and flat on the bottom for perfect presentation. These sleeves have also been impregnated with high levels of tungsten to really nail your rig to the deck, negating the effect of any air bubbles that may have become trapped in the sleeve. They fit over standard size-8 swivels (simply nip the ring off a Hybrid Lead Clip and slide the sleeve over the swivel to use) and come in two sizes, for long and short rigs.
