These are ready-to-go indicator systems that are available in all eight colours. You get a head with weight, magnetic hockey stick and TWO chains. The reason that the kits are supplied with two chains is so that you can use your indicators with any type of conventional bite alarm. The chains with short steel extensions are suitable for Delkim-sized alarms, whereas the chains with long extensions are for smaller, Neville-type alarms. These kits represent real value for money because they contain everything apart from isotopes, which are available separately. The only question is, which colour will you go for?
Link Loop, Quick and easy rig changes are a necessary part of carp angling today. The Link Loop has been specially designed to replace the need for an overhand loop in the end of your hook link. The obvious advantage is the increased strength due to the use of a grinner or blood knot used to tie the link loop to the rig, especially when using monofilament or coated hook link materials. The Link Loop will fit both sizes of the Stik Klip as well as the Kwik Link. The low-diameter steel and teardrop design is easily pulled through all of the Funnel Web System bags, using a baiting needle. As with all our metal products the Link Loops are finished with a non-reflective coating to give the best camouflage possible.
Bait-Up Method Feeder, The classic original Korda Method feeder has now been updated with some modern twists in the form of the Bait Up Feeder range. It retains many of the features that made the original so good, including the weighted fin that ensures that it always lands the right way up and the hookbait will always fall away from the feeder, increasing your chances of a quick bite. It is a one-piece design, which makes it very strong and durable, and incorporates a bait disc at the front that helps to ensure that your bait stays in place until the feeder reaches the lake or river bed. The soft insert will fit any size 8 Korda swivel - including the Quick Change ones which are popular with this style of fishing – and creates a safe bolt rig, with a tail rubber neatly finishing off the back end of the feeder. As long as bait is moulded evenly around the feeder, it is incredibly stable in flight and will cast a long way. Like the original this is going to become a favourite with anyone who likes to fish the Method, which is still one of the most popular and effective set-ups, especially on bagging-up waters. It will also be popular with specimen anglers targeting species such as tench, barbel and bream. There is a choice of 35g or 50g versions.
Micro Lead Clip, The Micro Lead Clip is a mini version of the lead clips that specimen carp anglers have used for years. These clips have been sculpted so that the lines are smooth and resist tangles in flight. The Tail Rubbers fit perfectly flush with the body of the clip, further enhancing these anti-tangle properties. Perhaps most importantly, the Micro Lead Clips are completely fish safe, allowing the fish to ditch the lead should it become tethered. The colour has been chosen to best match the lakebed conditions found in lakes they practically disappear on the bottom, especially when feeding fish disturb the sediment around them. They are available in packs that contain ten clips, tail rubbers and swivels per pack representing great value for money!
Krank Choddy, Not long after the Krank hook was conceived, Tom Dove hatched a plan to introduce a chod version, with an out-turned eye. His imagination was captured by the way that the continuously curving shank could mirror the curve of the chod rig, creating what many of us consider to be the ultimate chod hook. Just like the standard Krank hooks, the Krank Choddy has a beaked point and slight offset that combine to offer unrivalled hook hold security. They can of course be used with unstripped, coated braid or mono hook links to produce effective bottom-bait rigs too! The Krank Choddy is available in sizes 4, 6, 8 and 10, and in a barbless version too.
