The Pellet Wagger hook has been designed with float hair rigging in mind. As the name suggests, it's particularly suited to use with the pellet waggler, which is so effective on commercial carp waters. The hooks feature an out-turned eye, which ensures that the line exits the eye in a straight line, making for better presentation and greater hooking potential. An extra-long, durable point and wide gape practically guarantees extremely secure hook holds, which will result in more fish in the net. There are six sizes in the range, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20, which will cover you for most commercial carp fishing as well as waggler fishing on a range of venues.
Micro Lead Clip, The Micro Lead Clip is a mini version of the lead clips that specimen carp anglers have used for years. These clips have been sculpted so that the lines are smooth and resist tangles in flight. The Tail Rubbers fit perfectly flush with the body of the clip, further enhancing these anti-tangle properties. Perhaps most importantly, the Micro Lead Clips are completely fish safe, allowing the fish to ditch the lead should it become tethered. The colour has been chosen to best match the lakebed conditions found in lakes they practically disappear on the bottom, especially when feeding fish disturb the sediment around them. They are available in packs that contain ten clips, tail rubbers and swivels per pack representing great value for money!
15" Feeder Rig Speed Stop, The Feeder Hair Rig is a more traditional, longer hook link than the Method Hair Rig. As with the Method Hair Rig the hooks used are the MWG, which are true all-rounders. These longer hook links are perfect for straight bomb, feeder or waggler work as well as most specialist disciplines. They are tied with Speed Stop attachments, which allow for quick baiting with soft baits such as corn, worm or luncheon meat. They're also suitable for baiting with mini boilies.
Interceptor Surface Float, the ultimate all-round surface controller float, with sizes covering everything from under your feet to long range fishing out in the middle of the lake. The colour of these inline floats has been carefully selected to make them as visible as possible from above the surface, so that the angler can see them as clearly as possible, but at the same time are almost invisible to carp below the surface. They are available in a variety of sizes, the smallest being just 5g which is perfect for flicking baits out close to the bank but where freelining won’t give you the casting accuracy or line control that you need. The 15g and 30g sizes are great all-rounders for any situation where you aren’t having to cast at longer range, and for any situation where the fish are further out, or in windy conditions where it can be difficult keeping the bow out of your line, there are 50g and 80g versions which can be cast to the horizon! One feature that is a bit different is the quick-change system that allows you to quickly switch from one size of float to another, simply by sliding it off of your main line and using the specially designed quick-change swivel. This is perfect if the fish suddenly move out of range, or drift close in and you don’t want to be crashing a heavy controller near them. These floats are incredibly buoyant and the inline stem helps to prevent tangles, with a soft insert used to house the quick-change system.
Ready Tied BOOMS (QC), The Spinner rig is one of the most popular and effective carp-catching presentations around at the moment, but tying them from scratch can be time consuming, not to mention daunting if you have never attempted it before. Booms QC are tied on 7.5 inches or 5.5 inches of 25lb Boom fluorocarbons, with a loop at one end, and a QC swivel at the other, and they make it incredibly easy to set a Spinner rig up. Simply tease open the QC swivel with a Krimp tool, just enough to thread on your hook, and then pinch it shut. Slide on a Kicker to secure the hook in place, and then simply add a Micro Rig Swivel and Hook Bead to complete the rig. A piece of Dark Matter putty can be moulded around the loop knot if required to balance your hookbait.
