Guru Beta (Navy) hoodies are the latest releases in the Guru clothing range. The material and fitting follow the original Guru hoodie design with a cross-over front collar, double hood for keeping the draft out and ribbed underarm panels to enhance upper body movement. They're cosy enough for winter wear, yet you'll also find them ideal for keeping out the chill on early summer, spring or autumn mornings.
Krimps, This clever system will allow us all to reach brand-new heights of neatness in rig creation. The Krimps and Krimp tool have been designed to allow easy rig construction with stiff materials (at the moment we only recommend Hybrid Stiff, Mouth Trap and Boom). In particular, we're really excited about the potential to create extremely neat loops for chod rigs and Boom sections. Not only this, but using Krimps will allow you to create chod rigs that are exactly the same length each and every time. There are two sizes of Krimp available, which have been designed to suit different materials. The smaller one will suit stiff bristle materials like Mouth Trap and stiff coated braids, like our Hybrid Stiff, and the larger one is perfect for really thick materials (like 30lb plus mono or the 35lb Boom). The product development team went to extreme lengths to make sure that the Krimps and Krimp tools were exactly right, having to overcome various problems along the way. The complexity of getting the tool and Krimps just right has meant that this has been a long development, but we're sure that it's been well worth the wait.
Smartphone Mount, Fitting any type of rod, the Deeper Smartphone Mount is a secure, easy-to-use silicone mount. It enables anglers to monitor the sonar data from their Deeper device while keeping both hands free for casting and reeling in. Main Features: Hands-free usage. Best option for: shore fishing, wading.
Slow Sinking Maize, Our Slow Sinking Maize has been designed to waft down ever so slowly, making it the perfect hook bait to use over light particles , stick mix or groundbait. It's actually useful for use as a single hook bait too because of the unique way that it has been made. Rather than simply soaking the finished pieces of maize in flavour, we've had the flavour mixed in at the moulding stage, so the lovely lingering smell will last ages! There are four flavour combinations available, IB, Banoffee, Citrus Zing and Fruity Squid. These are classic blends of flavours that the Korda team has been using for decades in some cases! Each variant is a different colour, so you're sure to find one that suits your angling in the range. You get 10 pieces of corn per pack and free matching hair stops too!
Method Feeder, Traditionally, there was no particular science to hook bait placement within the method ball and your bait could even become trapped inside or under the feeder frame. Guru has, quite literally, turned this upside down. Commercial master Steve Ringer engineered a groundbreaking hook bait platform, which sits on the opposite side of the feeder to the main weight loading, ensuring that the hook bait sits on top of the feeder cast after cast. The platform itself is positioned on X-shaped, vented arms that are configured to minimize tangles and allow maximum grip, ensuring that your groundbait can be loaded easily onto the feeder. One cast with a Guru Method Feeder and you'll understand why it's shaped like it is. The team made long, stable casting a real priority and the weight-forward design really delivers this. These feeders cut across testing crosswinds, like a dart, allowing you to consistently hit the spot, effortlessly building your swim. The colour of the frame is anything but an afterthought. Steve drew upon what he knows of the underwater environment to choose a colour that melts inconspicuously into most lake bed types. The unique X-Safe elastic system acts as a buffer during the fight, helping to reduce hook pulls at the net. Not only that, but thanks to the innovative design, it's 100 per cent safe for the fish. Should you lose a fish and leave it attached to the feeder, the elastic will simply pull free, allowing the fish to ditch the feeder. The Method feeders are available in four sizes and all sizes of feeder are completely interchangeable and spare elastics and tubes are available separately.
