The Feeder Hair Rig is a more traditional, longer hook link than the Method Hair Rig. As with the Method Hair Rig the hooks used are the MWG, which are true all-rounders. These longer hook links are perfect for straight bomb, feeder or waggler work as well as most specialist disciplines. The lads spent time getting the hair length exactly balanced with hook size for optimum hooking. The Bayonet fitting allows speedy attachment of mini boilies. Hook baits can literally be changed in seconds!
Pop-Up Dumbell, Our Fake Food range now includes pop-up dumbbell hook baits. As with the rest of the range, they differ from plastic hook baits made by other manufacturers as the attractor combinations have been moulded into the plastic during construction, rather than simply soaked in neat flavour, which washes away quickly. The flavour combinations are proven favourites of the team, with Danny Fairbrass contributing the Banoffee and Ali Hamidi the IB combination. You'll notice that there is no Citrus Zing in the dumbbell range. Instead, Danny has added a blend of fish flavours under the label of Fishy Fish. These dumbells have been coloured and flavoured to mimic washed-out pellets, making them the deadliest solid bag hook baits around!
Rear Uprights, These adjustable upright sections are available in three sizes (3.5in, 5.5in and 8in) so that your rods can be set up exactly how you want them. They have been precision engineered by stainless wizards JAG Products, to guarantee that they're the best quality available. Ensure that your rod tips are level by adjusting the knurled collar on the top of the upright.
CARP LINE, If you’re looking for a tough, reliable line that won’t cost you the earth, then Carp Line is definitely the one for you! During testing Carp Line has already become a firm favourite with those who got their hands on the samples, including Elliott Gray and it is now his line of choice when fishing with mono. It is amongst the toughest lines on the market, without being problematic to use, and in any situation where weed or snags come into play it should definitely be your first choice to spool up with. It will handle weed, gravel bars and mussels better than most lines, but if there are signs of abrasion then it is also cheap to re-spool, as it comes on 1000m spools priced at just £12.99 – the price and spool size is the same for each of the five breaking strains available, 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, 15lb and 20lb. The line sinks well, even more so once it has been used a few times, and is a nice subtle SUB-green colour which blends in well with most lake beds and is hard to see even in clear water. For such a tough line it behaves well on the spool and casts well, plus gives a very high knot strength. The low stretch factor makes it ideal for feeling the lead down to the bottom and making sure you get that ‘donk’ and are confident in where your rig has landed. Damian Clarke, who was involved in designing the line, enthused: “With lots of our products, especially fishing lines, we work with some of the best manufacturers in the world. “These guys are pushingthe boundaries in manufacturing to create thinner, lighter and more technically advanced monofilaments, but with Carp Line we took a step back. “Some anglers just wanted something simple and reliable, a does what it says on the tin product, so Carp Line was born!”
