Heavy and Light Katapults available

The Korda Katapult was a long time in development, but it was worth it! The result is the perfect range of catapults and accessories, which will cover you for baiting at short and long range, with particles or boilies. We've made a Heavy Katapult, which is teamed with a small pouch for firing boilies a long way, and the Light Katapult, which has a larger pouch and is perfect for mass baiting with particles. The special rotating collars, into which the elastics fit, help to reduce annoying twist, and increase the life of your elastics. Spare pouches and spare elastics are available.
Slow Sinking Corn, This Slow Sinking Corn is the perfect hook bait for fishing over particles, in solid bags or even on its own! Each grain has its flavour combination actually moulded into the plastic, rather than simply soaked in, which makes them quite different from other plastic products on the market. There are four flavour combinations available, IB, Banoffee, Citrus Zing and Fruity Squid. These are classic blends of flavours that the Korda team has been using for decades in some cases! Each variant is a different colour, so you're sure to find one that suits your angling in the range. The buoyancy has been engineered so that the corn sinks ever so slowly, giving perfect presentation over light particles like natural corn, or groundbait and stick mix. You get 12 pieces of corn per pack and free matching hair stops too!
Guru Joggers, These new black, fitted joggers have combat style detailing and a brushed-fleece finish. They are made from a 60/40 blend of cotton and polyester, which won’t absorb moisture, keeping you cool in the summer. The zippable pockets have all been configured to offer the best storage options for angling!
Kaptor Wide Gape, These hooks represent the biggest breakthrough in hook manufacture... ever. We took one of the truly iconic hook patterns and coated it with the industrys first coloured PTFE finish to make them blend in even better. The ultra-sharp Kaptor point has been left uncoated, because the development team had noticed that uncoated points were sharper. To preserve the eye-wateringly sharp point, each hook is capped with a rubber blob. This process ensures that the sharpest point in the carp world stays just that. Each hook is then clipped into a bespoke packet so that it stays pristine until you need it. The Kaptor Wide Gape range is available in Weed Green and Gravelly Brown camouflage. The colours have been carefully selected to closely match the most common lake bed conditions. The Korda team is in an excellent position to do this because of our extensive underwater experience. What this all means is that carp will find your rig much more difficult to spot on the lake bed, even up close. The Kaptor Wide Gape is a fantastically versatile hook that can be used on bottom bait presentations like Danny Fairbrass pop-up corn rig.
Embryo Calender 2018, Dear fellow anglers There are several reasons why you may decide to purchase this calendar; it may well be for the wonderful photographs from the world of carp fishing that will inspire you to get out there and fish. Or perhaps the monthly insights from ‘part man, part carp’ Simon Scott, or the detailed information on moon phases, including the ‘hot’ days when you really need to be out on the bank in 2018. That said, the most important reason to buy this calendar is that £7 from every purchase will be spent directly on otter fencing, and you will be helping to protect the future of clubs and syndicates that simply cannot afford to do it themselves. As Embryo takes no profit from the provision of this service, the sale of just 1000 calendars could provide the funds to fence a 10 acre lake. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the production of this calendar, all of whom have done so completely free of charge. Even the printers have made a loss to produce it for us, and the tackle shop you are standing in right now has taken zero income from it. Together we can make a real difference to the sport we all love... Thank you for your contribution. Danny Fairbrass Founder of Embryo Angling Habitats
